This OB/GYN out in Wyoming gets things done! We had the great pleasure of meeting her at her office and also even tagging along as she visited with a patient in labor (who happened to also be 40!).
We had the pleasure of meeting the amazing Meghan and photographing her in Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Stay tuned for more details on Meghan’s journey to 40, including founding and selling her own software company before age 30, traveling for four years, driving across country solo with her dog and her new life in Wyoming.
She breezes into the offices at New Belgium Brewing Company fresh off her motorcycle, blue eyes sparkling ready to tackle the discussion of 40 head on. She stops and looks down doubtfully at the camera. “Is this a photo interview too?” she asks. “Geez, I would have worn a little makeup or dried my hair; it’s all matted down from my helmet! ”
I will be heading to the land of the big sky and wide spaces at the very end of this week and into early July, interviewing 2 women in Wyoming and hopefully one also in Colorado. Should be fascinating to hear about life in this part of the country and how their perceptions of life at 40 might differ from someone in a more urban setting.
I will also be taking advantage of the 4th of July holiday weekend and enjoying hiking and sightseeing around gorgeous Grand Teton National Park. Happy 4th!
